Welcome to translateitnow.net (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and document translation service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

translateitnow.net provides an automated document translation service powered by DeepL. Users upload a document (PDF, DOCX, or TXT), select a target language and output format, verify their email address, pay a one-time fee, and receive a translated document for download. The Service does not require account creation; access is managed through one-time email verification codes.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Pricing. Prices are determined by document page count and displayed before checkout. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
  • Payment processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
  • Promo codes. Promotional codes, when valid, may waive the payment requirement. Promo codes are single-use per email address and subject to expiration and redemption limits.
  • Currency. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

4. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our Service. If you are not fully satisfied with your translation for any reason, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for that translation. Refund requests must include the email address used during checkout so we can locate your order.

5. Document Upload and Intellectual Property

  • Your content. You retain all ownership rights in the documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process and translate it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
  • Translated output. The translated document is yours. We claim no ownership over the translated output.
  • Third-party processing. Documents are transmitted to DeepL SE for translation. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to this processing. DeepL's data handling practices are governed by DeepL's own privacy policy and terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, translate, or process any documents that:

  • Contain content that is illegal under United States federal or Florida state law.
  • Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted works you do not have authorization to reproduce.
  • Contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation content.
  • Contain threats of violence, incitement to harm, or content intended to facilitate terrorism.
  • Contain malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Contain personally identifiable information of third parties uploaded without their consent, in violation of applicable privacy laws.
  • Are used to generate spam, phishing materials, or fraudulent communications.
  • Violate export control or economic sanctions laws, including OFAC regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate access at our sole discretion if we believe any of these restrictions have been violated.

7. Service Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per document.
  • Maximum document length: 60 pages.
  • Supported file formats: PDF, DOCX, and TXT.
  • Translation quality depends on the source document's content, formatting, and language. Machine translation may not capture nuance, idioms, or domain-specific terminology with the same accuracy as a human translator. The Service is not a substitute for certified or sworn translations required for legal, immigration, or regulatory purposes.

8. Data Handling and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Key points:

  • Uploaded and translated documents are automatically deleted within 7 days.
  • Download links are single-use and expire after one download or 24 hours.
  • We collect your email address solely for verification purposes.
  • Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT TRANSLATIONS WILL BE PERFECTLY ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRANSLATEITNOW.NET, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSLATION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless translateitnow.net and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any documents you upload; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been paid.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and translateitnow.net regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
