- Uploaded documents — the files you submit for translation (PDF, DOCX, TXT, PPTX, XLSX). These are stored temporarily to perform the translation and deliver the result.
- Payment information — when you pay for a translation, payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Promo codes — if you use a promotional code, we record which email address redeemed it to enforce per-user limits.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how visitors interact with our site, including pages visited, referral sources, browser type, and device information. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique users.
- Session data — your browser stores temporary session information (such as selected language and file details) locally to enable navigation between steps. This data is not transmitted to our servers beyond what is required to process your translation.

- Download links are single-use and expire after one download or 24 hours, whichever comes first.
